Week one: we learn your firm.

A capture session, about two hours. We take your certs, case studies, people and policies and build the knowledge layer from them.

Week two: we build.

Answer library, tender radar, drafting pipeline. You don’t need to be involved. We check in once.

Week three: we prove it.

The system drafts a real live tender, end to end. You read the draft. The balance is only due when you approve it.

Then it runs. New tender lands, you get a draft. You review, price, and submit. The retainer keeps the system current as your firm changes.

The guarantee

The guarantee is structural, not a promise.

The build has to produce a submission-ready first draft of a real live tender, and you have to approve it. Until that happens, the balance isn’t due. We’re not asking you to trust a refund policy. The risk sits with us by design.

What we don’t guarantee is winning. Nobody can. Bids are won on marks, and the system drafts to where the marks are. The judging is yours to win.

The questions we get first.

What do I actually have to do?
About four hours across three weeks. A two-hour capture session in week one, a short check-in in week two, and reading the proof draft in week three. After that, you review each draft, add your pricing, and submit.
What if the proof draft isn’t good enough?
Then the balance isn’t due. The build only completes when the system produces a submission-ready first draft of a real live tender and you approve it. That’s the structure of the deal, not a refund promise.
Do you submit bids for us?
No. It’s your bid, your pricing, your signature. The system does the drafting; you review, price, and submit. Nothing goes to a buyer without you reading it.
Can it guarantee we win?
No, and be wary of anyone who says otherwise. What it changes is the starting point: a draft written to the buyer’s marking scheme instead of a blank page at midnight.
What happens to our documents and data?
They’re stored in the EU, isolated to your firm, and never used to train AI models. The knowledge layer is built from your material and it stays yours.
How much does it cost?
A fixed setup fee and a monthly retainer. We give you the exact numbers on the discovery call, before you commit to anything, and the balance of the setup fee is only due once you approve the proof draft.
We already use the TenderBuilder software. Is this different?
Yes. The software is self-serve: you run it yourself at tenderbuilder.ie/software. The System is done for you: we build it, prove it, and maintain it. Same engine underneath.
